Going in to watch this movie, I pretty much knew exactly what to expect. I guess a lot of it had to do with the fact that ‘Jail’ is a Madhur Bhandarkar production and, thus, a product straight out of the “let the title explain what the film is about in the most obvious way” school of thought (See ‘Fashion’ or ‘Heroine‘). I’d warn you about spoilers right now but, honestly, I don’t think that’s even possible with Bhandarkar’s films.
