Where do I begin about this masterclass in storytelling? For one thing, it stars the Family Suman – monoexpressive son Adhyayan as hero Aditya, and upcoming youth-icon dad Shekhar as Dr.  Sam. It is a remake of the 2007 Hollywood film ‘Awake’, which I would usually consider a good thing because there’s less chances of screwing up if you already have a blueprint to work off, right? Wrong! Now, I haven’t actually watched the original, but an IMdB rating of 6.5 tells me that there are some people out there who found the film watchable, at the least. ‘Heartless’ is about a 6.5 for me too… if the ratings were out of a hundred.
